Automotive Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Victory Automotive Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our vehicles and services, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other rules of the road are followed
- Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales experience a plus (any industry)
- Professional and dependable
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Safety and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
