Job Summary: As an Account Associate at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information. You will also be responsible for processing policy changes and updates in the system, handling incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims, and collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and update information as needed. To be successful in this role, you must stay up to date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers. You will also be responsible for following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines. Your performance will be measured by meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company. You will have the opportunity to continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information.
