Job Title: Child Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled Child Psychologist to fill a key role at Disability Solutions.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy and psychological testing services to patients aged 0-18 and their families.
  • Prioritize trauma-informed care and utilize knowledge of pediatric/adolescent growth and brain development.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address mental health needs and promote optimal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited institution.
  • Training in child growth and development.
  • Previous or current experience in a pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to develop outstanding leadership skills.
  • Must demonstrate commitment to high standards of patient care and customer relations.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist in Texas (or Provisionally Licensed).
  • CPR certification.

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
