Job Summary
The Child Life Specialist will work with patients and families in a medical setting, promoting growth and development through essential life experiences and family support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Assess the needs of patients and families, developing personalized plans to promote growth and development
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a closely related field required
* Child Life experience preferred
* Completion of Child Life Internship required
* Certified Child Life Specialist within one year of hire
* CPR-BLS certification within 60 days of hire
