- Enter checks, money orders, and cash into the Departmental PRS/EGOV system and scan associated documents
- File documents according to transaction types in appropriate storage boxes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to guidelines and schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry, financial systems, and file management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Commonwealth of Virginia statewide systems (Cardinal, eVA, Banner, etc.)
- Knowledge of office and program support activities
