About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscape Services. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscape crews, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance and Quality: Oversee the work of 2-5 team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Client Satisfaction: Identify and address any client concerns, working closely with the Production Manager to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Crew Management: Provide feedback to the Production Manager on crew member performance, assist in the development and training of crew members, and ensure accurate time logs are submitted.
  • Safety: Ensure that all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies, and that equipment is properly maintained and used.
Requirements
  • Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
