Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Leader to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a key member of our Employee Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate portfolio and facilities management across multiple global locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, budgeting efforts related to all projects within the scope of facilities management.
  • Real Estate and Facilities Management: Manage on-site Employee Services personnel, ensure day-to-day facilities and workplace activities are carried out effectively, and support creative events for internal employees.
  • Employee Experience: Work closely with stakeholders at each site to ensure appropriate levels of support are given, drive innovation and tactical activities with a focus on continuous improvement, and support the execution of strategic initiatives for GlobalLogic's Employee Services department.
  • Space and Facilities Optimization: Review utilization of space and facilities consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency, identify solutions that optimize the current facilities portfolio, and build a multi-year plan for space requirements and allocation.
  • Cost Savings and Sustainability: Develop a plan that identifies opportunities to drive cost savings, support the creation of SOPs & Policies, and drive environmental and sustainability initiatives relating to the company's physical office facilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive real estate & facilities management and operations experience, preferably globally.
  • Large, multi-site facilities management across multiple global locations.
  • Experience and proven leadership in large-scale project planning, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing relationships.
  • Experience with global EHS and sustainability.
  • Ability to conduct strategic analyses.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or related field is required; MBA preferred.
