Project Coordination Specialist

The Project Coordination Specialist will play a crucial role in managing construction initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budgetary constraints, and adhere to established timelines. This position requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols
  • Work in conjunction with the Estimating Department to finalize project specifications
  • Create and uphold detailed project timelines
  • Prepare and submit essential documentation, including approvals and submittals
  • Oversee project expenditures and provide quarterly financial updates
  • Coordinate activities with the Project Superintendent
  • Organize weekly project meetings and generate cost estimates
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders, including Owners and Architects/Engineers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction management
  • Proficient in budget oversight, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • OSHA 10 Certification is required
