Job Title: Quality Project Coordinator

Merits Health Products is seeking an experienced Quality Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing special projects and providing support to projects relating to Quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of products.
  • Troubleshoot root cause of quality issues using data.
  • Communicate quality issues with team members, leadership, and overseas vendors.
  • Support and ensure company compliance with current Federal, State, and/or Local regulations.
  • Monitor, facilitate, and report on all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports.
  • Assist with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide departments with quality planning and support.
  • Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions as requested.
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of quality management documentation.
Requirements:
  • Abide by, support, and drive Company Safety Policies and Quality Standards.
  • Must have adequate proficiencies with MS 365 applications.
  • Must have experience using ERP systems/software such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, or similar.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have meticulous data entry skills.
  • Must have manual dexterity and have good physical condition and strength, with good balance to safely perform job duties in warehouse and production environments.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Must have flexibility with work schedule.
  • Must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.
  • Must speak, read, and write English and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
