R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential New Construction Supervisor to oversee the installation operations of our Residential New Construction department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and dispatch of crews, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers, and implementing training programs to improve installer efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the field responsibilities of the RNC department, ensuring high-quality installations and timely completions.
- Monitor the preliminary construction progress of all pending work, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of project schedules and lead times.
- Implement training programs to improve installer efficiency and quality of work.
- Assist with annual performance reviews, merit pay raises, and discipline as needed.
- Supervise the installation team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are delivered on time.
- Attend weekly RNC meetings, assisting with billing, reviewing team performance, and setting goals for growth and efficiency.
- Develop and implement labor-saving installation practices, challenging others within the department and company to do the same.
- At least three years of experience in RNC installation.
- At least one year of experience leading teams and jobs.
- 06A Electrical License.
- City of Spokane Gas License I or II.
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties are in demand.
