Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and career-focused Countermeasures & Integration (C&I) Technician II to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- The C&I Technician II is responsible for executing all facets of C&I programs and offering expert advice on related issues.
- This role supports U.S. Department of State C&I needs in various overseas locations, often in high-risk environments.
- While primarily based in domestic locations, the technician may be required to rotate between different theaters and locations.
- The technician demonstrates extensive knowledge of Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) through the successful handling of complex tasks.
- Applies advanced understanding of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within their area of expertise.
- Exhibits proficiency in C&I principles and provides expert guidance on C&I matters.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in supporting modern C&I systems, with a solid understanding of radio frequency (RF) theory and the operational effects of CREW systems in electronic countermeasures.
- Ability to develop Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems in response to the evolving Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat.
- Proficiency with ECM systems utilized by the U.S. Department of State, including but not limited to Egon, Duke, Odin, and Symphony systems.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally and tactfully with all organizational levels.
- A positive attitude and the ability to function as part of a cohesive team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint). Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management software is preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements:
- A current Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Must maintain necessary security clearance/access approvals.
Travel Requirements:
- Potential travel OCONUS for installation, training, or maintenance at diplomatic facilities.
- OCONUS travel may involve critical threat locations with challenging living conditions.
- Domestic travel may be necessary for training and program coordination.
Physical Requirements:
- Work involves concrete shop floors and may require positioning oneself inside vehicles in confined spaces.
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds across and around shop floors.
- Utilization of hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
- Frequent work in environments that may be hot, cold, drafty, or poorly lit.
- Occasional outdoor work in various terrains and weather conditions.
