Receptionist Coordinator

At Aditi Consulting LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Welcoming: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including answering incoming calls, registering visitors, and monitoring reception metrics.
- Concierge Services: Provide concierge support, including coat and luggage check-in, welcome packets, coffee services, reservation assistance, and car service assistance.
- Office Supply Management: Order and stock office supplies, including coffee and kitchen amenities.
- Reception Functions: Perform reception functions, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, new hire onboarding support, creating badges, registering visitors, monitoring reception metrics, and managing the reception inbox.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendors and ensure seamless operations.
- Invoicing and Coding: Process invoices and coding.
- Facilities Management: Work with the Facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order.
- Amenity Support: Provide amenity support, including onsite client or internal meetings and events.
- Desk and Conference Room Reservations: Manage desk and conference room reservations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including basic IT support.
- Hospitality experience.
- Event experience.
- Customer service and front desk experience.
- Administrative support.
- Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
