Job Title: Bilingual Floating Retail Specialist - Sales, Repair & Tech (Spanish)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Floating Retail Specialist. As a key member of our sales and repair team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical expertise, and driving sales in our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations within the district, maintaining a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning customer experiences and providing personalized support.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
  • Drive quality sales in job fusion roles, such as Delivery & Expert Set up and Messaging.
  • Monitor virtual messaging platforms, upselling Asurion home+ products based on business needs.
  • Complete initial 5-week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications.
  • Manage inventory and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs and processes.
  • Share best practices between stores to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of service and repairs.
  • Drive own vehicle safely and responsibly to and from locations in various conditions.
  • Through interactions with customers, demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling, with a focus on listening to customer needs and providing accurate information.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service/sales experience.
  • 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, based on business needs, with varying hours and days.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles from store to store, supporting multiple locations with limited notice.
  • Travel for this position should be expected up to 100% of the time.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • A completed background check (criminal and drug test).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
  • For messaging support, must work in a distraction-free workplace and meet company standards for ergonomics.
  • Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection (Wifi or Hotspots are not allowed).
