Job Summary

The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a strategic professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen relationships with clients by understanding their needs, roadblocks, and expectations.
  • Introduce solutions to clients to build and strengthen their portfolios.
  • Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
  • Maximize client experience by sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
  • Drive innovation in solutions and further develop the business.
  • Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels.
  • Network with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Administrate the credit relationship of the client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in banking and investment products.
  • FINRA Series 79, 63, SIE (current or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process.
  • Demonstrates intermediate to advanced credit skills.
  • Demonstrates expert level Early Warning Detection skills.
  • Demonstrates expert level credit skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while making sound decisions.
  • Highly focused and able to rapidly identify key priorities.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree preferred.
