Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a designated portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related services and support.
• Address inquiries concerning insurance coverage, policy modifications, and general insurance-related questions pertinent to various business lines.
• Oversee billing processes, service requests, and endorsement needs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Facilitate communication between clients and insurance carriers, working collaboratively to maintain a beneficial partnership.
• Manage the renewal process for your assigned accounts, including reviewing loss data, gathering updated information, completing renewal applications, and negotiating pricing as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid license is necessary, with prior commercial experience preferred.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
