Position Summary

The Property Quality Assurance Specialist is tasked with ensuring that the residences under their supervision are prepared and ready for guest arrivals. This role involves collaboration with cleaning staff, maintenance teams, property managers, and occasionally the guests themselves. The Property Quality Assurance Specialist will engage in various responsibilities, including reporting maintenance issues, coordinating with cleaning contractors for efficient service, inspecting properties post-cleaning, and delivering essential items to guests.
  • Act as the primary liaison for property status updates with the internal team.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
  • Report any repair or replacement needs to the property management team.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, responding promptly and clearly to both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Deliver essential items such as linens and housewares to guests and cleaning staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping teams, maintain inventory lists, and monitor cleanliness standards.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures.
  • Complete other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Proficient in downloading and utilizing mobile applications on IOS or Android devices.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Regular driving, speaking, and listening are required. Frequent visits to properties may involve navigating multiple flights of stairs. Inspecting homes may necessitate light lifting and moving items, along with occasional cleaning under time constraints. Housekeeping preparation will involve lifting and bending, while work in the laundry area may require handling laundry bags weighing up to 35 pounds.

Work Environment

The characteristics of the work environment described here are representative of those an individual may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role. This position is primarily conducted in rental homes, which may have moderate to high noise levels. While performing duties, the individual will frequently inspect both indoor and outdoor areas of properties and may be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
