POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Applications Consultant specializing in Ultrasound Radiology. This role involves providing both clinical and technical support throughout the sales process to our internal teams and external clients.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Channel Sales Managers to foster business growth and meet customer needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver technical and clinical training of a complex nature during the ultrasound sales and post-sale phases to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct ultrasound product demonstrations with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide post-installation training to clinical staff at customer facilities.
  • Engage directly with end-users to facilitate sales.
  • Support industry events and professional conferences by offering clinical and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with product management and service teams to enhance product performance based on field feedback.
  • Monitor customer installations to ensure satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a professional representation of Nima Labs at all times.
  • Participate in all required training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to optimize efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • RDMS certification is mandatory; strong knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound technical and clinical aspects is essential.
  • Experience in the Radiology Commercial Market is required.
  • RVT certification is necessary; RDCS certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience across various applications is required.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Applications Consultant is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driving license and a satisfactory driving record are mandatory.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficiency in technology is essential, including the ability to present using various software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Chrome.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role may require lifting and moving equipment, standing for extended periods, and interacting with medical imaging devices. Adherence to safety protocols is essential.
