We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Plunge Pool Concepts, Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers, dealer network, marketing, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Qualify leads from various sources, including websites, social media, sellers, and dealers, and develop strategies to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Utilize HubSpot to nurture leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with dealers, sellers, and marketing teams to convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customer-facing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing communications to engage with customers and promote our products.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create reports, and dashboards to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, and creating a positive pre-sale customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases to ensure effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings to align on business goals and objectives, and communicate the brand image and values consistently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Customer service experience and a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets).
