- Exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance goals through proactive engagement and a results-driven approach
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, working as the final step in the customer journey to convert leads into sales
- Collaborate with teammates, contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Take on additional challenges as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help others when needed
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
- Confidence in closing deals and managing objections
- Strong phone presence with experience dialing calls per day
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or NetSuite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A hustler mentality—willing to go above and beyond to hit targets
- Team player mentality with the ability to work well with others and contribute to team success
- An associate degree or equivalent is preferred
- A competitive base salary of $50,000 - $60,000
