Outside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers, while managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities in the vibrant Houston market
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Closing sales and driving revenue with uncapped commission opportunities
  • Manage leads from inbound calls and warm leads to generate new opportunities
  • Present and upsell additional services to current accounts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Time management skills to juggle multiple clients and responsibilities
  • Problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues and identify new opportunities
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Physical stamina for regular travel and client meetings
