Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our EmPATH program. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide treatment and discharge planning, including interfacing with relevant internal and external resources
- Perform patient assessments, behavioral health assessments, and eligibility evaluations for 5150 designation
- Ensure patient safety at all times
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- An Associate's degree in nursing or higher level of nursing degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in acute adult outpatient or inpatient psychiatric unit
- Current California Nursing license
- AVADE within 90 days of hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
