Job Description

This full-time position involves providing direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments. You will work closely with support staff to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with patients. Additionally, you will participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with Medical Directors on patient-facing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to program development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program and hold current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a PMHNP, preferably in IOP, PHP, or IP settings, is required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in electronic health records, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
