We are currently in search of a motivated Receptionist for our vibrant office environment.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., streamlined a portion of the highly skilled workforce from both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to establish a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a firm of 1100 professionals with multiple offices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-line phone system
  • Welcome and announce all visitors
  • Maintain the internal phone directory
  • Assist with various projects
  • Receive, sort, and log all incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and organize overnight shipments
  • Ensure Reception, Conference Rooms, and Kitchen areas are well-maintained
  • Support in organizing educational sessions
  • Contact service technicians for equipment malfunctions
  • Coordinate with Building Management for office-related issues
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist
  • Basic Marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance and attention to detail
  • Strong phone etiquette, friendly demeanor, and professional presentation
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to provide exceptional service to managers, staff, and visitors

Compensation: Minimum: $40,000; Maximum: $52,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the Firm believes, in good faith, it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidates' qualifications and location.

The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
