Job Summary:

This Women's Health RN position offers a unique chance to specialize in labor and delivery nursing, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support. As a key member of our maternity unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients undergoing labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum processes, offering emotional support and guidance throughout their experience.
Salary and Benefits:
