About the Role

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our innovative products and services, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations to customers
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience; sales or customer service background a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
