Job Summary:

Protouch Staffing is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
  • Current and active State of California CNMT License
  • Current and active NMTCB and/or AART (N) licensure for Nuclear Medicine
  • Minimum one year, full-time experience working as a CNMT
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year, full-time experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
