- Issue controlled materials to personnel and verify their return to ensure accurate usage.
- Verify the accuracy of process raw materials used for each lot.
- Perform organoleptic tests for manufactured products to ensure quality and safety.
- Conduct process control and critical control point checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately perform in-process checks for finished products and release pallets of finished product.
- Monitor product changeover and cleaning to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Perform ATP and allergen swabs to verify wet clean effectiveness.
- Collect environmental swabs to monitor for organisms.
- Perform final room checks at the end of each shift to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Inspect clean barrels in sanitation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Take samples of incoming raw material for quarantine to ensure quality and safety.
- Receive and control the use of labels to ensure accurate and compliant labeling.
- Verify incoming raw material and outgoing shipments for correctness.
- Provide daily end-of-shift reports to management.
