Automotive Repair Specialist

Job Summary:The Automotive Repair Specialist will perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency in accordance with dealership and factory standards. This role is crucial in building customer loyalty and trust, as well as ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate effectively with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs, subject to customer authorization.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify and recommend necessary repairs, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle, including repair orders and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in relevant training classes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training and certifications beneficial.
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician; equivalent experience in a related field considered.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record.
AutoNation offers a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
