Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities and projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage electrical engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct field investigations, produce field reports, and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new engineering processes, techniques, and standards, and recommend improvements to enhance work quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 4-year degree.
  • 10-12 years of experience in the architectural/engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and Revit software.
  • Professional Engineering license.
  • Experience in supporting industrial facilities, such as biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, food and beverage, and pet food manufacturing plants.
