Job Summary

The Sales Manager - Cottages & Villas is responsible for driving business growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets for NDM Hospitality's cottage and villa offerings. We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to lead our sales team and develop innovative strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals
  • Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business through various sales channels, including outside sales calls, telemarketing, and networking
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry sales materials and equipment
Fundamental Requirements
  • Proactively solicit accounts within assigned markets
  • Able to travel and attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to drive revenue growth
  • Assist the Director of Sales with projects and assigned accounts to maximize revenues
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for new business opportunities
