About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams. As an Office Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our office, ensuring seamless patient experiences and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Service Excellence: Set the standard for outstanding patient service, fostering a culture of exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Team Development: Identify and leverage team member strengths, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to optimize patient service levels.
  • Operational Leadership: On-board new team members, train operations staff, and partner with HR to drive personnel management best practices.
  • Business Growth: Analyze key performance metrics, implement strategic plans, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Dental Office Management or equivalent experience in the dental field.
  • Educational Background: High School diploma or GED required, 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Ability: Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Previous sales and customer service experience is a significant asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix and Dexis software, as well as computer literacy and typing skills.
