Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Management Specialist to join our team at BluSky. This role will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of restoration projects from start to finish
  • Coordination with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless execution
  • Quality control and assurance to meet the highest standards of workmanship
  • Communication with customers to address concerns and provide updates
  • Maintenance of equipment and materials necessary for job performance

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold)
  • Understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • CDL a plus
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
