Job Summary:

CyberThink is seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to support the company's IAM infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architecture plans, overseeing project requirements, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with existing IAM environment, resolve issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Engage with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements.
  • Develop architectural plans for IAM environment and integrated systems.
  • Facilitate discussions throughout each project phase.
  • Ensure project design and implementation adhere to organizational guidelines.
  • Create disaster recovery plan for IAM environment.
  • Oversee environment build and validate compliance with security and compliance controls.
  • Document system changes and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, ADLDS, RACF, and other LDAP systems.
  • Proven experience with directory services integration for single sign-on.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server, and IIS.
  • Programming skills in C#, .NET, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Now (highly desired).
  • Ability to research Identity and Access Management market trends and recommend best practices.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Compensation: $52.50 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
