**Job Description:**

As a Construction Project Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of a cogeneration power plant at NAVFAC's Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC. Your primary responsibilities include conducting daily inspections, maintaining safety records, investigating mishaps, ensuring subcontractor compliance, and providing site safety orientation.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management Degree.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA and EM 385-1-1.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably in the federal government sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
