**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a cogeneration power plant at NAVFAC's Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Conduct daily inspections and maintain safety records.
  • Investigate mishaps and ensure prompt reporting.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and health requirements.
  • Maintain relevant safety reference material on the job site.
  • Attend pre-construction conferences, pre-work meetings, preparatory meetings, and periodic in-progress meetings.
  • Review, approve, implement, and enforce Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Accident Prevention Plans (APP) for compliance with EM 385-1-1.

**Benefits and Compensation:**

  • Estimated annual salary range: $110,000 - $130,000.
