Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for delivering educational support and training to healthcare professionals and office staff within oncology facilities and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education through in-services to HCPs and HCP staff on product-specific information, including product information, disease state information, dosing protocols, and administration of product.
  • Present educational programs to healthcare professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
  • Engage in program-related communications with client's field-based sales force.
  • Communicate concerns identified during the in-service education process to the manager.
  • Accurately and timely report all visits, including type of education conducted, length of visit, and office visited.
  • Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client sales representatives.
  • Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments required by Inizio or the client.
  • Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
  • Comply with all Inizio policies and procedures, as well as client policies and procedures as required.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
  • Possess a full valid US driver's license at all times and notify the company immediately of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points.
  • Have an active nursing license in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
  • Have at least three years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel, with varying amounts of travel depending on the territory.
Requirements
  • Good communication, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.
  • Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred.
  • Adult oncology experience.
