Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for delivering educational support and training to Healthcare Professionals and office staff within oncology facilities/offices. Your primary goal will be to ensure that Healthcare Professionals have the necessary knowledge and skills to manage patients with cancer effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information, including Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols, and administration of product.
- Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
- Engage in Program related communications with client's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).
- Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process.
- Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including type of education conducted, length of visit, and office visited.
Requirements:
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where in-services are being conducted.
- At least three years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrable organizational skills.
- Self-starter with high personal motivation and ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred.
- Adult oncology experience.
