Key Responsibilities:- Respond to support requests from end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups
- Assist in computer operations by maintaining rapport with external vendors and support/service representatives
- Assist in PC hardware installation of equipment and network components
- Work closely with other IT Support Specialists to maintain accurate inventories of IT-related equipment and peripherals
- Assist Telecommunications Administrator with mobile and handheld device setup and related issues
- Promote communication between Information Systems and other Corporate Departments and Branch locations
- High School Diploma and/or MIS degree
- Three to Five (3-5) years experience supporting end-user hardware, software, and peripherals
- Knowledge of all versions of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems with emphasis on W7 and Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Office 2007, Office 2010, and Office 365
- Knowledge of setup and support for workstations and laptops with emphasis on Lenovo, HP, and DELL; familiar with desktop imaging software
- Familiarity with workstation remote management software such as Dameware or other equivalent utility
- Familiarity with networked environment with the ability to troubleshoot basic workstation and other networked device connectivity issues
- Experience with Active Directory user setup and management
- Knowledge of WellSky and/or other Medical/Home Health Application a plus
