Sales Role Overview

This full-time, permanent position with a trusted senior living operator offers a base salary of $62,500 per year, depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Job Description

As the Sales Director for our San Antonio senior living community, you will proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services. Your primary goal is to grow community census through proactive outreach and strategic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase prospective residents to the community.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including building the prospect CRM database, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow-up.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in CCRC, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, or Marketing.
  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalent.
