We are currently seeking to enhance our team with a Cocktail Server. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to our patrons and will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. The responsibilities include:
- Delivering beverages to guests in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Utilizing the POS system for accurate cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintaining organized and consistent settlement paperwork.
- Recording all food and beverage revenues accurately, including cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions.
- Restocking supplies and products in the service area as necessary.
- Conducting inventory assessments and placing orders for required stock.
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
- Communicating guest feedback, both positive and negative, to management.
- Fostering positive relationships with guests and team members.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- TIPS Certification is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a serving role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
