Job Summary

Magnolia Bluffs Casino is seeking a skilled and friendly Cocktail Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system, handling cash and financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of F&B revenues and settlements.
  • Restock inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked area.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to company policy and New York State law.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Communicate guest feedback to management and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • TIPS certification required.
  • One to two years of server experience preferred.
  • Able to lift and carry 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
