Job Summary
Magnolia Bluffs Casino is seeking a skilled and friendly Cocktail Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale system, handling cash and financial transactions with accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of F&B revenues and settlements.
- Restock inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked area.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to company policy and New York State law.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Communicate guest feedback to management and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- TIPS certification required.
- One to two years of server experience preferred.
- Able to lift and carry 20 pounds occasionally.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
