Breakfast Server

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at J Hospitality. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet, replenishing food and beverages, and serving patrons at tables.

• Take orders from patrons and serve food and beverages as needed.
• Ensure that guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Clean tables and counters after patrons have finished dining.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Perform food preparation duties, such as cooking bacon, grits, and eggs, and brewing coffee.
• Stock service areas with supplies, including coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Fill containers with salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments, and napkins.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in food and beverage service.
• Food Service Sanitation Certification or equivalent.
• Liquor Serving Permit.
