Job Summary

Magnolia Bluffs Casino is seeking a skilled Slot Floor Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the gaming floor, ensuring all slot machines are functioning properly.
  • Assist with minor machine repairs and report any malfunctions to the Shift Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of jackpot payouts and ensure all exchanges are verified and documented.
  • Count and verify all exchanges with the cashier department and customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in cash handling and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
