We are seeking a seasoned Director of Demand Generation to spearhead our global demand generation programs, driving aggressive growth targets through strategic planning and execution. This role demands expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), marketing technology tools like Marketo, and close alignment with sales and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will develop scalable multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, nurture leads through the funnel, and deliver measurable results. With a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, this leader will drive success in our rapidly growing cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting new customers and existing accounts
  • Drive ABM initiatives to engage and convert high-value target accounts
  • Create multi-channel campaigns to build pipeline and accelerate deals through the funnel
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
  • Demonstrated success in executing ABM strategies with measurable results
  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo and experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tech
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Agility in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including pension and retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and support for community involvement.
