The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones.
This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to integrate various technologies into daily activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing construction industry and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- C coordinate all aspects of the building project, including managing subcontractors and navigating permitting requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve sales performance

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of ~2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Commercial sales experience a plus
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
