Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to communications via phone and email promptly.
- Input data accurately into designated systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare documentation for invoicing processes.
- Assist with permitting tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and management.
- Adhere to job specifications and company policies.
- Follow safety protocols on and off project sites.
- Aim for high productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Fundamental computer skills for report generation and maintenance.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in customer service is required.
