Job Summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Workflow Business Analyst to support the Department of State client in meeting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M21-31 logging requirements and advancing the Zero Trust data and logging requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation of architectural documents
Build business process flow diagrams
Lead collaboration meetings with the client to support the creation of workflow diagrams
Coordinate support across multiple contract teams to derive requirements
Coordinate the collaboration efforts across the Guidehouse contract team to support workflow and technical architecture

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Four years of experience in business analysis
Ability to work onsite up to 3 days/week on client site(s) in the DMV

Preferred Qualifications

Active and maintained SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Experience supporting federal client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by Zero Trust
Understanding of Splunk, Databricks, and Data Lakehouse
Successful enterprise-scale implementations within Information Security
Experience mentoring junior consultants
