Job Description

Equinox is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Advisors to join our team at our state-of-the-art location on Pine Street in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Membership Growth: Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Display, have knowledge of, and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.
  • Customer Relationships: Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to build a strong referral base and retain members.
  • Event Hosting: Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Prospect new business and clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition. Enjoy working within a team.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and practices.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
