About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Paymaster to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record accounts payable and cash disbursements
  • Prepare and process payroll through Vantage Payroll System
  • Assist the Director of Finance with financial audits and reports
  • Review vendor statements and follow up on account balances
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and working knowledge of PeopleSoft
