Job Summary:

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and financial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee files, managing offer letters and agreements, and onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee files, including updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contractors
  • Point of contact for payroll and benefits administrator and employees
  • Track, control, and approve expense reimbursements
  • Review and report on time entries into the company's time management software
  • Support the development and analysis of operational and financial reports
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused
Education and Experience:

5-10 years of experience in a similar role at mid-size consulting, financial services, fintech, or government affairs companies and/or in fast-paced organizations. Bachelor's Degree with a major/minor in business, accounting, HR, or a similar field.
